Govt liked Akshay Kumar’s idea and a portal launched to donated money to Jawans

As we all know that Bollywood actor Mr. Akshay Kumar thought of an idea about 3 months ago that can general public help the family of martyr anyway, can we build a site thru which any common man can donate what he can to the family of victims of terror, naxal and any such incidents.

He discussed his idea with Union Home ministry officials who liked his idea and initiated a plan with experts.

It was a CRPF Valour day on Sunday, April 9th when the Web Portal called BharatKeVeer was launched by Home Minister Rajnath Singh along with Akshay Kumar at Vigyan Bhawan. People can donate up to Rs. 15 Lakh to the family of martyr using this application.

On the day of portal launch Akshay Kumar said – “I have come here today not as an actor but as a son of an Army Officer”.

He further added, “Our jawans fight with terrorists and naxals with all their heart and go good work. All 1.25 billion people of India need to do good work to support our jawans.”

The actor was addressing thousands of jawans and paramilitary forces like CRPF, BSF, CISF, SSB, ITBPetc. He also recently donated a sum of Rs 1.09 crore to over 10 families of CRPF martyrs.
